Business Casual

I am starting a new business. My partners and I have decided we are going to operate our office with a "Business Casual" dress code. Problem is, while I know what it is when I see it, I don't know how to define "Business Casual". Our business is an insurance wholesale operation in Sherman Oaks (Los Angeles) California. Can anyone help?
